That movie always fucks me up. I’ve seen it three times over the years, and like Trainspotting, I think that’s enough.

My favorite movie of all time! I also had no idea about that museum. How fascinating and absolutely heartbreaking.
I just watched “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly” for the first time. I know I know I know. I don’t know how I went so long without seeing it either. It was SO good, though. So that got me wanting to share movies well known and not so well known that people are watching.
“Three Minutes” sounds fascinating! Thank you for the rec! I have seen “Let the Right One In” and I feel the same way… so good, and so deeply unsettling.
Following Willis’s delivery of the 41-count indictment, the Fulton county district attorney, who is African American, has faced a wave of racist abuse online including from Trump, who, using a thinly veiled play on the N-word, wrote on Truth Social: “They never went after those that Rigged the Election … They only went after those that fought to find the RIGGERS!”
What in the actual fuck.
I saw a bumper sticker the other day that said, “I miss mean tweets and cheap gas.” Absolutely fuck these fascist racist asshole cultists.
I was being dense haha. I wasn’t thinking police would actually be that opportunistic, but of COURSE they are. Especially small town Kansas. Gestapo shit.
So I’m just slightly confused. They were investigating the police chief while simultaneously also dealing with the drunk Karen restauranteur? Seems like the police were issued a warrant to raid the homes per the restauranteur investigation? Does anyone understand the connection with the police chief or am I just being dense?

A house fly. Almost lost my life right after this photo was taken with how fast he jumped up.
We call this Prince Pretty Paws in our house.
