Better switch to some horror film murder compilation video before answering the phone. At least I know it’s going to be all screams and blood splattering on the walls while I’m talking on the phone.
Brave can also block YT ads, but I’m not so sure about the extensions. If all you care about is blocking ads, brave is good enough. If you care about sponsorblock and many other FF extensions, Orion is probably way better.
I’m going to show this real quick and then we’re going to move on, so pause the video if you want to take a closer look…
And Helen is also pulling heat from waste water. The latest heat pump was just the next logical step.
I really like to have some variety in my daily liter of tea I drink. Puerh can be steeped very many times, but oolong is pretty good too. Green and white are a completely different ballgame, but I enjoy them as well.
If you keep your daily caffeine dose very low, you can actually get a noticeable boost when you need it. I used to be like that, and next week I’ll start reducing my caffeine intake in order to get to that state again.
Speaking is copying, soon after the iMac became popular, everyone was making iThis and iThat products. That was just hilarious!
Apple was in serious financial trouble, and pivoted to manufacturing premium products instead. Apparently this shift in strategy worked, since the company is still here. It was a very different company back then, so looking at the old stuff really doesn’t tell you much about the current state.
Caffeine
I lowered the daily dose very gradually, and eventually I was drinking only one cup of tea every day. After that, I could just quit caffeine entirely.
After about a month, started drinking coffee again, but at that point I was more aware of the quantities I was drinking and what the effects were. Currently I’m drinking only two cups a day, and that seems to be pretty good dose for me. However, I’m planning to switch to tea once I run out of coffee. Maybe I’ll keep tea in my life in the future… we’ll see.
In this case, you should prioritize those laptops with an Intel network card. You don’t want to deal with strange driver issues if using SSH is important.
Just realized, there’s also another benefit. You could bring multiple batteries to a trip and not worry about charging. You know, the way you have always done with DSLR cameras.
It’s about 80-130 € depending on phone model, and that includes work and the battery. If I could just buy a battery online and replace it myself, the prices should be more reasonable. Apparently one day that will actually happen.
Replacing the battery is pretty expensive, so I prefer to optimize my charging patterns so I never ever have to get it replaced. However, if I could do it myself, I might abuse the battery much more. I might even leave my devices plugged in overnight.
It may be easier to get a rifle or a shotgun for hunting purposes. Really depends on location, but this might be the easiest and fastest way to legally get your hands on a firearm.
Facebook: “Hold my beer. I’ll show you who’s the real cancer of the internet.”
Thanks for taking the time to write a thoughtful answer. Especially that historical perspective was interesting.
I just thought that AI music is going to be like the ways clothes are manufactured today. Sure, you could get your clothes from a big factory, and many people do. At the same time, there are still many people who make clothes by hand just for fun. There are also some who make clothes the old way and sell them to millionaires who can afford to appreciate that production method and the quality that comes with it.
My guess is, the same will happen to music industry. Most people who wear cheap t-shirts, will also listen to cheap AI pop. Some other people with the money to hire musicians will do so, just like they’ve done so far. At the same time, many people will also continue to enjoy playing instruments or knitting wool scarfs just because it’s fun.
Bonus question: How do you see AI affecting music production in the future? Sites like Suno can already produce some sort of music, but will that sort of technology enhance or threaten your work? Is this just like the time when the spinning jenny revolutionized the textile industry?
Nah, too much freedom. Use Red Star OS to properly restrict your activities and let NK know what you’re doing.
Normies noticed when MS took away the start menu in W8, but didn’t notice when W10 shipped with a ton of spyware “features”.
You wouldn’t download fire…
