Keep in mind that most plants only process co2 by day but there are some exceptions, afaik Sansevieria. But depending on the volume of you bedroom I would also recommend to leave the door a bit open to keep co2 levels at bay.
Retinol can work wonders. Just two things: you probably don’t need it before turning 30, and you should stay out of the sun or wear good sunscreen if you can’t, when you have recently used it. I only apply it once a week in the evening.

On 21 September 1956, during a test-firing of its 20 mm (0.79 in) cannons, pilot Tom Attridge fired two bursts midway through a shallow dive. As the trajectory of the cannon rounds decayed, they ultimately crossed paths with the Tiger as it continued its descent, disabling the aircraft and forcing Attridge to crash-land the aircraft; he survived with a broken leg and multiple broken vertebrae.
