When I load Youtube I always scroll down on the main page and click don’t recommend this channel on all videos that have titles like that or thumbnails with arrows, red circles or other crap thumbnails. Don’t care what channel it is.
You can try the Dearrow extension, which uses a random or community-suggested frame from the video as the thumbnail. Made by the same person who made SponsorBlock. It can also use community-suggested titles for videos as well.

Nope, I am mainly subscribed to business channels, like news and other stuff. I don’t really follow youtubers, I think I have around 3-4.
