I’m pretty sure he just hams it up for the camera. I’ve seen some other, “normal” videos with him and he seems like a mostly normal guy, personality-wise. He’s not as flamboyant as his on-screen persona.
I subscribe to YMS’s theory that he had a body destruction fetish sugar daddy. Maybe the sugar daddy left or this will become part of a cycle. Don’t really care that much to actually look any further.
