Since learning about it I have been trying to gain the skill. Attempting to create a cube or circle in my head and such. When I imagine things, it’s more like a list of details, not pictures. Sort of jealous of visualization, but I have above average memory due to qualifying everything. We are weird apes.

I realized I was aphantasic just like the woman in the article. I always thought the minds eye was just an expression and I was shocked to find out people can actually SEE stuff if they want. I can draw but it takes a lot of trial and error and I use lots of references.

Saw it in Lake Placid, New York and it was incredible. Clouds were just wispy and it broke right through. The bands of shadow really confused my eyes but it was so cool. Great picture!

I am so glad I waited for streaming on this one. It was fine, but way longer than it needed to be and convuluted as hell. I am glad to not be alone. That movie sniffs its own farts.

I found it very easy to clean. My wrists and hands are weak, so shredding was a real chore for my yearly carrot cake as well. I got a stainless one that can go in the dishwasher if you have one. I don’t have a dishwasher but found the attachment no more difficult to clean than a regular box grater. It also come with a pipe brush to get any little nooks and crannies. Overall it depends how much you hate grating. I hated it and therefore love my gift.

I got a shredding attachment for my stand mixer and am so hyped. My jaw dropped as I watched perfectly shredded cheese just fall into the bowl. It was my favorite gift hands-down.
