Any Romulan or Vulcan-centric episodes, especially TOS ones. I just like pointy ears, I guess? Edit: changed Romulan episodes to Romulan and Vulcan episodes.
Who knew the Gorn and Xindi-Aquatics could be such good friends?
BTW, Qo’nos Forever!

One of the best if not the best TOS Episodes, and that’s saying something. Although I did feel like the pacing was a little off near the end.
Looks to be an episode centered on M’Benga, Ortegas, and Chapel’s times in the Klingon War. As the Vulcans would say, Fascinating. I really like the idea of the Klingon War and want to see more of it. Maybe this also could help explain the Klingon changes in-universe.
The Bird of Prey design looks… imposing. The Armor, despite being very impractical, looks good. The Alien Race is well-designed, but it’s not what I would think Klingon would be. But yeah I kind of like how they’re portrayed, as a serious threat instead of some goofy alcohol-addicted space Vikings with a kind-of interesting way of life.
That’s true, I feel Star Trek is supposed to be fluid in its’ timeline, and I don’t care much for continuity violations either, even if I try to keep a consistent headcanon. I don’t really understand the hate “NuTrek” gets. Just because this alien looks slightly different doesn’t mean you need to outrage and invalidate the show’s canon status. Also, to be completely honest, I just pulled the first thing that came to mind. There are not a lot of things I can think of.
The episode was really good. I like the appearance of the Orion Scout Ship we see in “Journey to Babel”, one of my favorite ships. It may raise some slight continuity errors, but who cares. Nice ship, nice episode, nice show. Probably one of the best episodes of Trek I’ve seen.
I may not be the OP, but the Klingons from DIS Seasons 1 and 2 are a lot different than SNW Season 2. SNW’s look straight up like TNG’s Klingons, while DIS looks like something from a fan remake, although there are some explanations that could explain it, but this isn’t Daystrom so I’ll save them.
The most I’d recommend is:
DIS Seasons 1 and 2 —> SNW —> LD —> PRO —> PIC —> DIS Seasons 3 and 4 (these can also be viewed before SNW).
Agreed. I love Balance of Terror.
