We do gave Student Driver stickers, but it is on trainer vehicles.

If it is a one time transfer, plug them both into a PC ,set USB as file transfer then copy the folders over

Here it is the law that a Learner has an L sticker/magnet and New drivers have an N. Let’s others know to stay back a bit because they may need more time to complete a maneuvering or parking, or may forget certain road rules.

Motorcycle training course had a section where you drive fast and when they drop their hand/blow a whistle you emergency brake. Then they check stopping distance. My old bike was front drum brake, the course bikes were modern with front disc. I clamped the front brake too hard and supermanned over the handle bars and broke my wrist. I did the rest of course (4hours) with a broken wrist because ending early would mean signing back up on the waiting list. At the end of day you sign your licensed. I could barely write.

Something like fslint might be what you want. Scan folders, lists duplicates, you set how you want to deal with them. Its more manual, but I think it is what you are actually trying to achieve.

The fear is because China is known to be a spy advesary, where as google and apple (operating from the USA) would really not need to spy on it’s own government. It is really no different than the Russian maintainers being kicked off the Linux kernel dev team as a security measure.

To me the issue is tik-tok could be used to sideload data gathering for China, such as government officials camera or microphone use, beyond the worry of poisoning our society with propaganda. There have already been binary apps with malicious backdoors. Compared to a weather app that may harvest location, contacts, etc, but most likely verifiable content.

But that’s why I don’t install garbage apps, run GrapheneOS and Linux to try to minimize data gleaning.

Because somebody put time and effort into creating something, it took talent, and underselling at minimum wage per hour just erodes peoples expectation of effort and alent for art. Charge more, people will take it more seriously. There is a reason people think an apple monitor stand is fine priced at $999, its their perception of value.

Art is subjective, so numbers are hard to fix.

There is an artist i know that makes things for a local gallery/store, the pieces are near $2500-3000 for abstract painting, or piece of clay sculpture. They look amazing, but out of my price range. But if it speaks to some rich people they seem to have no issue spending $3000 on a painting.

You should charge more. If you look up renumeration for contract Engineers by province or state the list for contract work typically starts around $100 per hour and scales with autonomy and responsibility to the $300+ per hour mark.

Consider your skills contract art. Don’t sell your work short. :)
