Whose idea was that horrific voice over? It’s like they don’t know their audience at all.
Been looking forward to Plucky Squire since the reveal they did a few months back, looks great.
It’s a direct parody of the Nintendo directs, even the theme is pretty much 1:1
Ah okay, had no idea. Cheers.
Have you somehow not seen any presentation Devolver has ever done, where they continually make fun of insincere corporate horseshittery by satirizing it harder than I satirized yo momma this past weekend?
This is literally what everyone that has ever paid attention to Devolver would expect from them.
Never seen one, I usually don’t pay attention to marketing stuff and just play the games I like, which, more often than not these days, come from publishers like Devolver.

Not bad, Devolver somehow makes me slightly interested in everything they put out. Admittedly I don’t have time for that many new games, but who ever is doing marketing for Devolver has consistently kicked ass. The biggest loss from E3 (other than a way for the press to see the games that normally they’d miss out on all in one place) is Devolver’s Press Conferences, they were always something to look forward to when I would just skip most of them.
Clever way to show off their line up, I’m a bit curious if these games actually slipped or if they were always intended to be 2024 games, and the presented as 2023 delayed.
